Genshin Impact Leaked: New “Quick Challenge” Feature for Weekly Bosses Coming in Version 4.2
Level Up Your Characters Faster
The popular RPG game, Genshin Impact, is set to introduce a new “Quick Challenge” feature for its weekly bosses in Version 4.2. This exciting update aims to make it easier and faster for new players to level up their characters by obtaining the necessary materials.
Bosses Made Easier
One of the biggest challenges for new players in Genshin Impact has been obtaining the materials required to level up their characters. Bosses, in particular, have posed a significant obstacle as high-level Talents are locked behind story progression. However, with the upcoming update, players will be able to battle weekly bosses before reaching a certain point in the story, allowing for quicker character leveling.
Introducing the “Quick Challenge” Feature
According to leaked information from Genshin Impact’s HoneyHunter datamines, the new “Quick Challenge” feature will be available to players after reaching Adventure Rank 40. This feature will enable players to challenge any of the game’s weekly bosses with just a push of a button, without the need to complete certain story chapters. This will greatly benefit new players looking to level their characters efficiently.
Other Exciting Updates
Version 4.2 of Genshin Impact will not only introduce the “Quick Challenge” feature but also bring other major updates. A new weekly boss will be added to the game, coinciding with the release of the Hydro Archon Furina. Furthermore, the Fontaine region will receive a map expansion, expanding eastward and incorporating a new port town. Additionally, the update will make the character Charlotte playable, as a four-star unit alongside Furina.
Continual Improvements
Genshin Impact is committed to improving the quality of life for its players. Version 4.1, set to arrive before Version 4.2, will revamp the Daily Commission system, offering alternative ways to earn daily Primogem rewards. These improvements aim to streamline the gameplay loop for both new players and longtime veterans.
Genshin Impact is currently available on PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices, with a Switch version in development.
