Genshin Impact new BP weapon stats (Version 4.0)
Here are the details for the new Battle Pass weapons introduced in the Version 4.0 update. These weapons are all four-star and can be refined by obtaining multiple copies over time.
Wolf-Fang (Sword)
Base Attack: 42 to 510
Substat: Crit Rate (6 to 27.6%)
Passive: Northwind Wolf
This sword increases damage dealt by Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst by 16/20/24/28/32%. Additionally, when an Elemental Skill or Burst hits an opponent, its Crit Rate is increased by 2/2.5/3/3.5/4%. These effects last 10 seconds separately, have four maximum stacks, and can be triggered once every 0.1 seconds.
Talking Stick (Claymore)
Base Attack: 44 to 565

Passive: “The Silver Tongue”
After being affected by Pyro, the attack is increased by 16% for 15 seconds. This effect can be triggered once every 12 seconds. Additionally, after being affected by Hydro, Cryo, Electro, or Dendro, all Elemental Damage Bonuses are increased by 12/15/18/21/24% for 15 seconds. This effect can also be triggered once every 12 seconds.
Sacrificial Jade (Catalyst)

When not on the field for more than five seconds, Max HP is increased by 32/40/48/56/64% and Elemental Mastery is increased by 40/50/60/70/80. These effects are canceled after the wielder has been on the field for 10 seconds.
Scion of the Blazing Sun (Bow)
Base Attack: 44 to 565
Substat: Crit Rate (4 to 18.4%)
Passive: The Way of Sunfire
After a Charged Attack hits an opponent, a Sunfire Arrow descends upon the opponent, dealing 60/75/90/105/120% of the Attack as Damage. This arrow also applies the Heartsearer effect to the damaged opponent for 10 seconds, increasing Charged Attack DMG from the wielder by 28/35/42/49/56%. The Sunfire Arrow can be triggered once every 10 seconds.
Ballad of the Fjords (Polearm)
Base Attack: 41 to 454

Normal and Charged Attacks have a 50% chance to fire a Bolt of Perception, dealing 240/270/300/330/360% of the Attack as Damage. This bolt can bounce between opponents a maximum of four times and can occur once every 12/11/10/9/8 seconds.
Which Version 4.0 Battle Pass weapon should you choose in Genshin Impact?
Out of all the Battle Pass weapons released in Version 4.0, here are some recommendations on what to prioritize. If you are building a specific character, it is recommended to choose a weapon that best suits their needs. Otherwise, the following lineup can help you decide which weapon to obtain first or save for later.
Recommended: The Wolf-Fang is a versatile sword that is suitable for characters who rely on dealing Elemental Skill and Burst damage. The Ballad of the Fjords is also a great choice when paired with an Elemental Mastery-scaling wielder, especially if you have a multi-Element team.
Neutral: The Sacrificial Jade is a decent option for off-field DPS catalyst wielders, although the HP increase may not be particularly useful. It is not recommended for healers.
Not Recommended: The Talking Stick requires precise timing and rotations to trigger its passive and does not provide a significant improvement compared to the previous Battle Pass weapon (Serpent Spine).
Neutral: The Scion of the Blazing Sun is a good bow for Charged Attack users. However, considering the wide range of good bow options in the game, it may feel underwhelming. If you do not have a better alternative, it is still worth obtaining.
